Kyle Poe focuses his practice on the management of complex litigation—particularly, product liability, toxic tort, and insurance recovery. As a recognized leader in the application of data analytics to legal practice, Kyle heads the firm’s cross-practice team of data analysts who help clients assess risk, optimize litigation strategies, and achieve effective, cost-efficient results. Kyle is also the creator of Morgan Lewis’s proprietary Parallex legal-analytics platform; in addition to Parallex, Kyle oversees software development of various other legal-practice technologies.
Kyle coordinates multidistrict and national litigation involving claims of occupational exposure to asbestos and silica. He also represents policyholders in insurance coverage disputes involving product liability, toxic tort, industrial construction, and mortgage foreclosure losses. Kyle's experience also includes oil and gas litigation and arbitration, other complex commercial litigation, and appellate briefing.
