Morgan Lewis partner Tess Blair was featured in Financial Times as one of the Top 10 legal innovators in North America in its annual special report: Financial Times Most Innovative Lawyers – North America. In the article, Tess talks about her journey from a fine arts and industrial design major to starting the firm’s ediscovery practice. That group now has more than 50 technologists and more than 150 lawyers trained in project management and Six Sigma, which is a process management tool that Morgan Lewis was one of the first firms to offer.
